The sudden appearance of a giant rubber duck in a Maine harbor is a whimsical whodunit that’s defied sleuths so far.
一具巨大橡皮鴨突然出現在緬因州一處港口，至今還是個挑戰偵探的離奇推理故事。
The yellow waterfowl emblazoned with the word “joy” appeared in Belfast Harbor over the weekend, and it’s a mystery who put it there.
這隻黃色水鳥印有「歡樂」字樣，週末現身於貝爾法斯特港，誰把它放在那裡還是個謎。
Harbor Master Katherine Given told the Bangor Daily News that the 25-foot-tall duck doesn’t pose a navigational hazard, so there’s no rush to shoo it away.
港務長凱瑟琳‧吉文告訴《班戈日報》，這隻25英尺高的鴨子不構成航行危害，所以不急著驅逐它。
“Everybody loves it,” Given said. “I have no idea who owns it, but it kind of fits Belfast. A lot of people want to keep it here. (AP)
