〔即時新聞／綜合報導〕阿富汗激進組織神學士（Taliban，或譯塔利班）重掌政權，雖對外宣稱「大赦」人民和前朝政府，但對內清算消息頻傳。阿富汗前內政部長安達拉比（Masoud Andarabi）週三（25日）晚間在推特公開老人、小孩遭殘殺的恐怖照片，指控神學士挨家挨戶逮人，只要人民不如他們的意，便下手殺害。
安達拉比24日晚間在推特PO出數張令人心痛的照片，可以看到小孩和老人已經沒了呼吸躺在被褥上，全身滿是血跡。安達拉比指稱，這些小孩和老人都是遭神學士殘殺，神學士現在正挨家挨戶搜查，不分青紅皂白就抓人，連老幼婦孺都不放過。安達拉比直言：「神學士不能用這樣的行動來治理國家，否則人民會選擇站起來反抗其暴行。」
另外，堅決不向神學士投降的阿富汗副總統沙雷（Amrullah Saleh）24日也在推特上指出，阿富汗一些反抗勢力正與神學士武裝分子在巴格蘭省（Baghlan）北部的安答拉布河谷（Andarab valley）地區交戰，神學士為了削弱反抗勢力，目前禁止食物、燃料等生存資源進入安答拉布河谷，當地面臨極其嚴重的人道危機。
沙雷還表示，近日神學士綁架兒童或老人，把他們當成肉盾免遭當地人襲擊，大肆在民宅搜索盤查。

Talibs aren’t allowing food & fuel to get into Andarab valley. The humanitarian situation is dire. Thousands of women & children have fled to mountains. Since the last two days Talibs abduct children & elderly and use them as shields to move around or do house search.
