美國房價飆升，連“地下室”房屋都成了搶手貨！上周二（5月17日），房地產網站Zillow上上架了一處“地下室”住宅，瞬間引爆全網，當天就有買家下了offer。

據報道，這處“地下室”房產位於伊利諾伊州Deer Creek，距 Peoria 約 25 分鍾路程，目前掛牌價為 35,000
美元。

不過，這不是一般意義上的地下室，它有兩個臥室和一個客廳，麵積832平方英尺。

不過，這棟房屋可真稱得上是“地下室”，因為它除了屋頂露在地上之外，其它的部分都在地下。

賣家在房屋詳情介紹裏說，這棟房子位於一個很大的地塊上，並且該房屋買下可以改擴建成更大更寬敞的麵積。

這棟“地下室”房產上市的第二天，Zillow Gone
Wild在推特上就發布了這棟房產的照片和介紹，引發網友們的關注。該推特帳戶擁有超過 212,000 名粉絲。

截至到5月19日（周四），“地下室”房產的賣家已經接受了被買的offer，目前處於pending狀態。
