車臣共和國領導人卡狄羅夫今天表示，俄羅斯總統普京已授予他俄軍一級上將軍銜。卡狄羅夫是普京的最鷹派盟友之一，曾聲稱將送3名兒子前赴烏克蘭戰場，並呼籲俄國訴諸核武。
法新社報導，卡狄羅夫（Ramzan
Kadyrov）現年46歲，曾是車臣軍閥，目前領導以穆斯林人口為主的車臣共和國，涉及違反人權，關於普京（Vladimir
Putin）對烏克蘭的進攻，卡狄羅夫一直是最直言挺俄的支持者之一。
卡狄羅夫今天在通訊軟體Telegram上表示：“俄羅斯總統（普京）已授予我一級上將軍銜。對我而言這是一次晉升。”
在俄軍軍事階級中，一級上將是第三高的指揮軍銜。卡狄羅夫指出，這對他是“一大榮譽”，是普京親自告訴他這項決定。
在此之前，卡狄羅夫曾在Telegram上指稱，他將派遣自己的3名青少年兒子至烏克蘭戰場前線，而他們的年齡分別隻有14、15及16歲。
此外，卡狄羅夫也曾在Telegram發文呼籲，俄國應考慮在烏克蘭使用低當量（low-yield）核武。
