〔財經頻道／綜合報導〕矽谷銀行存戶已獲保證將可提取所有存款，美國總統拜登13日在推特上連發3則文章，先是穩定市場信心，強調美國民眾及美企都可放心，銀行存款會在他們需要的時候出現，並強調，一定要讓造成這場混亂者承擔所有責任，以免類似事件再度發生。
拜登總統在推特發文稱，在我的指揮下，財長葉倫與銀行業監管機構合作，解決矽谷銀行（Silicon Valley Bank）和Signature Bank的問題，我很高興解決方案保護了工人、小企業、納稅人和金融系統。
拜登強調，美國人民和美國企業都可以放心，他們的銀行存款會在需要的時候出現，並強調將會讓造成這場混亂者承擔所有責任，也會積極強化對大型銀行的監督和監管，以免類似事件再度發生。
I’m firmly committed to holding those responsible for this mess fully accountable and to continuing our efforts to strengthen oversight and regulation of larger banks so that we are not in this position again.
