County）外海，長達7公裏的海岸線與多座沙灘，出現嚴重黑色油汙堆積；經過通報後證實，海底輸油管發生原油外洩事故，多達12萬加侖原油流向大海，造成大麵積海洋與海岸陷入生態危機。
橘郡主任佛莉（Katrina Foley）表示，當他們在亨廷頓海灘上發現，因為油汙而死亡的魚類和鳥類，才驚覺此次漏油的嚴重性。
「橘郡與陸軍長年合作，投注大量心力、時間和人力，才打造出塔博特生態保護區（Talbert
