Vasylenko）4日公開一張女性遺體身上被烙印納粹符號的照片，指出該名婦女被姦殺，不過目前無法證實她的指控是否為真，先前另一名親俄記者曾指女子遺體被發現的地點為烏軍“亞速營”的基地，親俄社群帳號先前也控是亞速營在女子身上印下納粹符號，雙方各執一詞。
烏克蘭議員瓦西蓮科4日在推特發布一張一名女性遺體的腹部被印上納粹標誌卐字圖案（swastika）的照片，她說這是一名被強暴後殺害的受虐女子遺體，呼籲停止種族滅絕。

目前沒有外媒證實這張照片來自哪裡，不過英國《地鐵報》（The Metro）報導，親俄記者蘭卡斯特（Patrick
Lancaster）3月27日拍攝的影片指出，這名女子的遺體是在烏南港市馬立波（Mariupol）地下室的烏軍“亞速營”（Azov
Battalion）基地發現。
另外英國《每日郵報》（Daily
Mail）針對社群媒體進行調查，發現這張照片最早是在3月27日由親俄帳號貼出，指出遺體是在馬立波亞速營的地下室營房發現，當時親烏帳號也反擊，指控是俄軍刻意肢解遺體，以合理化入侵俄羅斯的行動。
《每日郵報》指出，無法證實哪一方的說法為真。
