英國更指，俄軍士氣低落，加上重新組織、重新整裝、重組部隊的時間有限，可能因此阻礙了俄軍的戰鬥力。
烏摧毀俄軍指揮所 2將領陣亡1重傷
“半島電視台”報導，烏克蘭國防部情報局23日在臉書發布貼文宣布，烏軍22日摧毀俄軍在烏南城市刻鬆（Kherson）的指揮所，造成2名俄軍將領陣亡、1人重傷。
烏克蘭總統府幕僚阿列斯托維奇（Oleksiy Arestovych）稍早稱，這座指揮所內有50名俄軍軍官。
目前俄羅斯官方尚未證實烏軍說法。刻鬆在俄羅斯入侵烏克蘭之初就已被俄軍占領。
另據”基輔獨立報”（The Kyiv Independent）報導，烏克蘭空軍發言人伊格納特（Yuriy
Ignat）24日表示，烏國空軍過去24小時擊中了俄軍17個空中目標，包括3架戰機、5顆飛彈及9架無人機。
